On our gator tour around Covo, Lizzy fell in love with a pretty, but untended wooded area on the northern end of the creek. She asked Jeff if they could clear out the brush and create Donna's Park, in memory of her mother. She and Nick worked hard during their visit, then Jeff relocated a bench from our Hinsdale yard and planted some wild lilies.
Donna was a midwestern girl from Neshkoro, Wisconsin and would have loved and appreciated the beauty of Covo Hills.
