The land has been resting over the long winter.
The evergreens are more visible in the spring before the grasses sprout up. The creek and ponds are full and flowing from the melting snow and early rains.
The first chore was to repair the outhouse which needed a fresh coat of paint, new canvas and a few nails after our long absence. Next was to make sure the vehicles start up and run.
